Mr. Hillwig has over 35 years of experience in civil engineering design, land surveying, mapping and aerial photography.  In 1993 Alan co-founded HILLWIG-GOODROW, and began offering land surveying and mapping services to private and public sector clients throughout Southern California.  The company began as a two-man partnership and has grown to a well-known and established company under his leadership.

TONY D. SMITH, PLS, EIT
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Mr. Smith has over 14 years of experience in civil engineering & land surveying. As Director of Operations for Hillwig-Goodrow, Tony is responsible for the daily operations of the business, including the supervision of field crews and all mapping personnel.
